Installation & Construction
Our professional crews have years of experience in installing quality air pollution control systems. They will ensure a smooth installation with little or no interruption to plant operations. To maximize productivity, provide quick responses, and offer more affordable systems to our customers, we will provide equipment to get the job done as needed.
Our personnel make every effort to work in a safe manner. They are fully-trained in OSHA & MSHA regulations regarding: fall protection, lockout/tagout, confined space, operation of articulating/scissor lifts, and other safety requirements. We are very proud of our safety record.
Fabrication Facilities
Our fabrication facility in Collinsville, VA produces quality components, whether it is basic piping, ductwork, custom hoods, or numerous other blowpipe components. The facility utilizes CAD drawings to produce all components necessary for any system. With precision and cost effectiveness in mind, we utilize the latest in computer operated CNC plasma cutting machinery, as well as, the latest in forming and welding technology to produce high-quality elbows, fittings, and various custom-made parts. Our warehouse is stocked with hundreds of pre-fabricated items to offer a quick response to our customer’s sheet metal needs.
By giving us single source responsibility of your projects, you will receive a quality installation, aggressive cost control, and a guaranteed efficient coordinated plan. We also offer Turn-Key Solutions including electrical, fire detection/suppression, and sprinkler.
